This month my favourites Balance Me is running a natural beauty amnesty. If you’ve never tried Balance Me then this is a great time to give them a go. Just imagine no parabens, sulphates, petroleum, mineral oils, silicones, dea, pegs, propylene glycol, artificial fragrances and colours.
Take the plunge and give up one of your synthetic beauty products for a natural alternative by Balance Me. It’s that simple! So for example, if you have a synthetic serum you can try Balance Me’s anti-ageing face serum instead and see the difference it makes. If you’re not sure then have a look at some of the other products I’ve used from Balance Me right here.
To help spring clean your cabinet and get you on your way, there is a competition on www.balanceme.co.uk to win £200 worth of Balance Me products. You can also read more on Balance Me’s blog about this natural beauty amnesty. What are you waiting for?
My favourites Balance Me keeps bouncing back with beautiful things for the skin and their Cleanse & Smooth Face Balm is nothing short of utterly divine.
I’ve reviewed a couple of other cleansing balms and each one has something different about them, but let’s focus on Balance Me, shall we? It’s a runny, 100% natural oil-based balm with fine oat grains for polishing. You smooth a reasonable amount all over your face and neck, and work it in for a minute before wiping off the excess with a face cloth (or the good old flannel, as I prefer to use).
The satisfaction I get from taking off my make-up this way is immense and my skin looks and feels stupendously clean. I won’t bang on about how caring and friendly Balance Me is for your skin (just read my other BM reviews on their range) but I will wave the flag for them for creating another super skin care cleansing product.
Big love and kisses to you, Balance Me. You ought to be proud of this one.

I seem to be having a love affair with Balance Me. It’s true, my heart has been captured by their skincare remedies. I’ve been relying on their Radiance Face Oil lately, which has proved to be a saviour in the cold snap we seem to be stuck in.
Like many, my face becomes extremely dry in the winter months and this face oil from Balance Me alleviates that problem brilliantly. It’s a golden nectar in a glass bottle, and just one or two drops is rich enough to nourish the face, neck and decolletage.
The key ingredients are Amazonian buriti nut oil, Roman chamomile, yarrow and benzoin which together replenish and boost the skin’s appearance.
Before moisturising, I use it morning and night as an additional layer of protection and it keeps my skin glowing and supple.
To gets its full benefit, it’s important to rub between clean palms and massage the warmed oil in a gentle circular motion to clear toxins, enhance circulation, boost cell renewal and to regain that glow. The oil is highly emollient yet absorbs quickly and has a herbal scent to it.
I really like how Balance Me is uncomplicated with its products. This oil is designed not only for all skin types and ages but also for combination complexions. Less fuss, more results and without toxins.
A 30ml bottle costs £30 and is available from www.balanceme.co.uk and in stores at John Lewis.

Ever since I was introduced to Balance Me last year, I’ve been nothing but charmed by their products and what they stand for.
Their Super Toning Body Oil is another gem I’ve embraced. First created by Balance Me’s co-founder Clare in her teens, the moisturising oil is their cult product and I realise why.
For use after bathing, it replenishes the moisture lost and hydrates the skin. The oil works brilliantly, absorbing into the skin fast without leaving any greasiness so you needn’t panic about your clothes blotting the residue.
It is highly encouraged to circularly massage the oil into your body, particularly on ‘wobbly’ bits like thighs, tums and bums to help tone and restore suppleness to the body. I think this is a great way to help you relax as you work the oil into the skin thus getting the circulation flowing.
I usually skip moisturising after a shower (yes, slap my wrist!) because it ’s such a chore but this aromatic oil with its intoxicating scents of bergamot, geranium and lavender puts the brakes on. It’s also blended with jojoba, macadamia, sweet almond and wheat germ to ensure an all over glow.
If you didn’t already know, Balance Me does not test on animals. Their products are 100% natural origin with no parabens, sulphates, petroleum, mineral oils, silicones, artificial fragrances and colours, and it’s made in the UK.
This charming bottle comes in a 200ml size, retailing for a very reasonable £20, and can be ordered online directly from Balance Me.
Have you tried anything by Balance Me? I urge you to support this home grown brand.
