Color Club Who Are You Wearing?
2011

One of my greatest nail varnish related whinges is that Color Club polishes are somewhat tricky to come by if you live in the UK. All the ones I have in
my collection have been generously donated or swapped to me thanks to blogger friends in America.
Who Are You Wearing? is the result of a swap I did just before Christmas with fellow beauty blogger Katie from My Lips But Better. She asked me what I wanted, and I used this as an excuse to raid Transdesign. Yippee!
Hailing from Color Club’s Rebel Debutante collection from early 2010, Who Are You Wearing? was the only polish that really called to me from the set, which, if you recall, was a weird grouping of creme polishes that ranged from murky copper through to neon green. Odd.
I know a lot of you aren’t going to like this, but it appeals to me. It’s a creme polish that leans towards grey and pink. It is very, very similar to e.l.f. Innocent, only slightly cooler. In some lights it looks like the palest baby pink, and in
others, the grey comes out to play. I like it because it’s weird and different, and makes a real change to all the glitters and primary colours of last month.
Application was OK. When I first tried this, I thought it was going to be unbuildably sheer, but actually, it builds rather nicely. This is three coats, finished with Seche Vite (still the best topcoat in terms of drying a thick creme manicure). It looks like a blank canvas just calling out for Konad…
So, I’d like to thank Katie for sending this my way. I wish I had more Color Club in my collection. My experience so far is that thy are inexpensive but fantastic quality. More please!

I am waiting for my first Color Club’s from Ebay – they work out at £1.50 + P&P which isn’t too bad.
Ooooh – I like it, unusual but in a good way! I have a couple of CC’s but all sourced from the US
I am American, and I’ve never heard of Color Club. Where is it sold?
Tricky? Something of an understatement! I don’t have ANY. * sob sob *
I like this one. A lot.
OOh now this is rather lovely – could even look ok on a shorter nail. Very nice. Thankyou. Jan x
Not included here but worthy of mention from this collection are Wild Child Blue Light 220 Volts and Bizerk Turq. Orange polish is definitely really so if youre in the market for a neon orange this is an excellent and inexpensive one to pick up…Power Play is one of the more popular shades from the Flower Power Collection. Pink Lust reminds me a bit of the pinks from OPI Indian Collection with just a little more zing…Lazer Pink is my favorite pink from this collection.
OMG ! this shade is a keeper. From work to play to seduce and conquer! I’m yours….
