Here’s another one of the many Inglot nail varnishes I bought at my whirlwind trolley dash at IMATS back in January.  It’s a good job I still haven’t been to their store in Westfield or I’d probably be bankrupt by now!

I have a feeling that a lot of you are going to like this one. 99% of the nail fanatics I know have a “thing” for olive green shades, and this is definitely one of the best olive greens I have seen. Opaque in two coats, this has just the right amount of gold in it to make it interesting and not dingy.

I did find the application of this one a little bit tricksy though. The polish rushes down the stem of the brush so fast that it ends up pooling on the nail. In actual fact, I wound up having to repaint two of my nails as they ended up a soggy and globby mess. This doesn’t happen often to me. However, once I’d learned to control it, it was great.

A very thick coat of Nubar Diamont sorted this out and it was dry in moments. I’m not sure how long this is going to last (I’m wearing it as I type) though as in my experience, whacking a load of quickdrying topcoat on a manicure doesn’t enhance its life.

Any way, what do you think? It’s not overly original perhaps (I can think of at least three dupes for it), but if you don’t already have a shade like this, then I can heartily recommend this one. It’s a stunner.
