I had been an avid Aveda fan for almost 20 years. However I will never buy their stuff again. I have been collecting Pure privelege points (their loyalty scheme) for about 10 years. In the last 2 years I hadn’t bought anything as had received so much as gifts etc that I didn’t need any. Was recently going to order online as I no longer travel 75 miles to an aveda salon. COntacted them as number on my loyalty card had rubbed off. Their reply I had lost all my points for not buying anything in the last couple of years. I am extremely angry after being a loyal customer for so many years. Sadly much as their shampure is the best thing i ever used on my hair I will never buy from them again after being treated to badly.
